Enlisting an AMD Geode LX 800 processor, the GEME-12000 fan-less embedded controller features a compact, sealed deign for applications in harsh environments. The controller operates in temperatures from -20°C to 60°C and resists vibration levels up to 3G. It provides an expandable architecture with optional motion, I/O, and communication modules through PMC or PC/104 interfaces and offers front-side access with various I/O interfaces including dual LAN ports, one CompactFlash slot, AC’97 audio ports, two USB ports, and two serial ports (RS-232/-422/-485).
