Enhancing the COM Express product family, the conga-CAx computer module utilizes the latest industrial temperature versions of Intel’s ultra-low-power Atom processor Z5xx series and System Controller Hub US15WPT. The 95 mm x 95 mm COM Express compatible module operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Typical power requirements are less than 5W. The conga-CAx is available with one of two different CPUs: the Atom Z510PT at 1.1 GHz with a 400-MHz front side and memory bus or a 1.33-GHz Atom Z520PT. Both variants are equipped with a 512K L2 cache and can access up to 1 GB of soldered DDR2 RAM. Available midyear, single-unit price for the 1.1-GHz Atom Z510PT version is $450.
