Debuting as the latest member of the POINT I/O family of DIN-rail mount terminal bases and four-point I/O modules, the 1734-ACNR adapter allows its family members to communicate over a ControlNet network. The adapter provides redundant media ports and supports the POINT I/O communication protocol. It promises users the ability to interface with open, digital networks combined with the ability to monitor I/O status and diagnostics via an operator interface.
