Offering a wealth of I/O options, the Mini-ITX systems feature a small form factor of 20 cm x 5.4 cm x 24 cm, making them attractive for embedded applications. The Mini-Box M200 and M300, M200-LCD, and M300-LCD fully customizable systems allow users to select the I/O that fits their purposes and build systems with the memory options and operating system of their choice. Running a 1-GHz x86 VIA processor, the M200 consumes 15W of power on average. Both M200 and 300 systems are bootable from compact flash or a hard drive and are fully compatible with Windows 2000/XP. In addition, two LCD versions of these systems, the M200-LCD and M300-LCD, include a 2x20 STN LCD and illuminated keypad. Both come with an IR receiver for remote control applications.
