Tripling the number of options, the company has added 19 I/O modules to its CompactDAQ platform, and each module in the line now comes with the latest LabVIEW SignalExpress data-logging software. The CompactDAQ modules provide a USB interface to the PC and combine sensor connectivity, signal conditioning, and a/d converters into a single, configurable system. Module options include ±20 mA current I/O, high-speed, high-voltage, and channel-to-channel isolated analog inputs, RTD sensor inputs, high-density digital I/O, and a universal input module. All modules are hot swappable. Other module features include a compact 25 cm x 9 cm x 9 cm footprint, rugged design capable of withstanding up to 30g of shock, -20°C to +55°C temperature range, cable strain relief, and ac or dc power options.
