Introduced as the industry's highest density, smallest footprint FPGA configuration memories, the AT17 series in-system programmable configuration memories provide 65 Kb, 128 Kb, 256Kb, 512Kb, 1 Mb and 2 Mb densities in an eight-pin LAP measuring 6 mm2 x 1mm. These serial EEPROMs can directly replace one-time programmable, eight-pin SOIC and VOIC packages. Features include remote update capabilities and an easy to use programming interface.
