The SV100/SVC100 servo-drive, auger-type valve and controller provides highly accurate dispensing of materials such as solder pastes, conductive epoxies and brazing pastes that have viscosities of 35,000 cps and higher. The valve can accept materials packaged in 3-cc to 55-cc syringes. Constant air pressure is applied to the syringe of material to move material through a flexible material-feed tube. The material is forced down the threads of the auger which turns for a set time. The feed tube is disposable to speed clean up. Augers are available in 8, 16 or 32 pitches to create ultra small deposits.
