The Model 2200-972-001 manual Snuf-Bak dispense valve is designed for precision shot dispensing of one-component materials horizontally onto an exterior surface or within a product interior. This valve includes a standard Snuf-Bak valve embedded in a hanging bracket assembly and includes a manually operated electric trigger for activation. Volume of material dispensed is determined either by a shot-meter, timer-control panel, or trigger-on time. The horizontal-mount component is geared for volume control and fast shut-off of viscous materials. Its 0.25" NPT outlet port accepts virtually any standard or custom plastic or metal dispense nozzle. SEALANT EQUIPMENT & ENGINEERING INC., Plymouth, MI. (734) 459-8600.
