Polymer System EP37LV-1, a two-component, low-viscosity, water- and chemical-resistant epoxy, employs a unique curing mechanism that promotes reasonably fast cures even at very low ambient temperatures down to -75°F. It exhibits a tensile strength in excess of 8,300 psi and a working life in the area of 30 minutes at room temperature. Final mix viscosity is around 5,000 cps. Full cures occur in eight to 10 hours while complete cures will take longer at lower temperatures. Other specs include a volume resistivity of 1,016 Ω-cm. The EP37LV-1 epoxy is available in pint, quart, gallon, and five-gallon containers. MASTER BOND INC., Hackensack, NJ. (201) 343-8983.
