Sporting sophisticated interfacial sealing, the second-generation CMX family of sealed, hybrid high-density and modular connectors suit transportation powertrain applications.

Sporting sophisticated interfacial sealing, the second-generation CMX family of sealed, hybrid high-density and modular connectors suit transportation powertrain applications. Two circuit sizes are available, a five-row 55-circuit CMX connector and a five-row 65-circuit CMX connector, with additional sizes currently in development. Both connectors support low and medium current using .635 mm and 1.5 mm CTX terminals.  A rear seal cover with optional breakable dummy-plugs for the CTX terminal cavities helps to reduce cycle time and costs for harness manufacturers.  MOLEX INC., Lisle, IL.
