This snap-cure, low ion, silver-filled epoxy is a two-part, smooth paste formulated with a one-to-one mix ratio. TRA-DUCT 925M01 has a 24 hour pot life with a volume resistivity, less components, that is said to insure excellent ionic purity. It also contains no solvents or metallic element contaminates. The epoxy develops strong, durable, void-free electrically and thermally conducting bonds. And it can be screen printed, stenciled or applied with an automated high speed dot dispenser and is available in easy-to-mix and use BIPAX packages and premixed and frozen in syringes and cartridges for automated dispensing.
