The PAT1M automatic cable-tie installation system is designed for bundle diameters up to 0.82", and the PAT1.5M system is designed for bundle diameters up to 1.3". Each model is lightweight, portable and installs cable ties at a rate of less than 1 second per tie. Each system consists of a tool head, a dispenser, a transfer hose and a reel of 5000 continuously molded cable ties. An LCD in the dispenser lets operators monitor the tool's performance, troubleshoot the system by means of on-line help menus and keep count of cable tie usage. A microprocessor monitors the system's performance to prevent jams and other installation errors. Each PAT system is extremely fast, efficient, reliable, user-friendly and trouble-free. Under normal conditions, the system's first scheduled maintenance is after 100,000 cable tie cycles.
