Featuring high light output at high operating drive currents, the LOPL-E011M warm-white LED targets traffic signal, signage, and general lighting applications as well as automotive interior and exterior lighting. The component exhibits low thermal resistance, allowing the dissipation of excess heat and the ability to handle drive currents up to 350 mA without causing thermal damage to the LED chip. With a metal copper slug as its base, the LED can be attached to a metal core PCB or heat sink directly. Available in cool white, blue, cyan, green, yellow, orange, and red, the LED is also RoHS compliant. Single-unit price is $3.50. LITE-ON INC., Milpitas, CA. (408) 946-4873.
