By combining indium gallium nitride (InGaN) blue chip technology with a phosphor coating, this large new family of panel-mount and lamp-based LEDs is said to deliver high luminous intensity white light. The 200-NWW LEDs come in a wide range of voltages of from 5 to 120 vac, vdc, or bipolar and offer a luminous intensity of 1100 mcd (typ.) and a viewing angle of 50°. Lead time is 6 to 8 weeks.
