The CMC 285 5-mm and the SMC 130 3-mm LED panel mounts are variations of standard LED clip-and-ring mounts, said to increase the viewing angle from 90û to 100û. In addition, they also increase the apparent size of the LEDsÕ lighted area on the panel, increasing brightness in turn. The mounts employ a transparent, clear polycarbonate that allows the emitted light to be transmitted and reflected off the mountsÕ surfaces. Both mono and multi-color LEDs can be mounted with the clips. For ease of mounting, the company recommends using ConxriteÕs interconnect cable assemblies. Price is $0.05 each/10,000.
