New LED Arrays Feature Enhanced Thermal Conductivity

Six new LED arrays have been designed with enhanced thermal conductivity, a 110° beam angle and wavelengths ranging from 405 nm to 870 nm. The 99 Die LED arrays have varying wavelengths with typical peak wavelengths of 405 nm, 470 nm, 525 nm, 610 nm, 830 nm and 870 nm, respectively. Storage and operating temperatures range from –55°C to +100°C with a maximum junction temperature of 100°C and a thermal resistance J-C parameter of 3°C/W, typical. Customized 99 Die LEDs with higher temperature ranges can be requested. These bright LED arrays are suited for exterior aircraft lighting, illuminating automotive license plates, photodynamic therapy and fluorescence applications. Pricing is $225/100.
