Available in two versions, the MLV41 photoelectric sensors are rated for reliable operation in extreme low-temperatures to –40ºC. The first version has a 350 mm sensing range with background-suppression, and the second has a 3m range with clear-object-detection. The devices have built-in cross-talk protection and high-visibility dual-position LEDs for fast indication of sensor status. A 4-in-1 output eases inventory and wiring by providing all transistor output types and modes in a single sensor. The sensors measure 60 mm x 14 mm x 31 mm and reside in compact IP67-rated metal housings with a special protective top coating.
