In a 6 mm x 5 mm, 6-lead package with a 120º viewing angle, the LP6-TPP1-01 RGB LED delivers luminosities up to 1,800 mcd (red), 1,800 mcd (green), and 450 mcd (blue) at 50 mA. The LED also features close chip density and brightness for color mixing, and its 6-pin surface-mount package allows for individual control of each red, green, and blue chip. Other features include a thermal resistance of 130ºC/W, both AlGaInP and InGaN technologies, operating temperature range from -40ºC to +100ºC, and compatibility with wave and reflow soldering.
