Light intensities range from 11,250 mcd (yellow) to 18,000 mcd (white). The LED is available in two versions: InGaN capable of being driven at 50 mA, 120 mA, and 400 mA and a AllnGaP LED handling 175 mA and 350 mA. Colors range from 470 nm to 625 nm and viewing angles are either 120° with a flat lens or 40° with a dome lens. Complying with JEDEC Moisture Sensitivity Level 2 specifications, the package measures 6 mm x 6 mm x 1.5 mm and meets the requirements of lead-free (RoHS) materials and processes.
