Gearing up for chores in the broadband market, the GRF342 surface-mount, magnetic-latching TO-5 electromechanical relays promise low internal circuit losses and time- and frequency-domain response characteristics beyond the UHF spectrum and into the S-band. The relays are hermetically sealed and feature a butt-lead mounting scheme and a unique RF ground shield that isolates and shields each lead, ensuring reliable contact-to-contact and pole-to-pole isolation. They are available in coil voltages of 5 and 12 Vdc, measure 9.53 mm x 8.13 mm and weigh 2.9g. Price is $33.86 each/500. TELEDYNE RELAYS, Hawthorne, CA. (800) 284-7007.
