Designed for ATE and industrial-control applications, the PS7200K and PS7200H miniature solid-state relays feature a GaAs LED on the input side and a pair of MOSFETs on the output side. Optimized for ATE, the PS7200K has an on resistance of 1.1½, a capacitance of 10 pF, and is rated for 200 mA and 40V. The PS7200h offers an on resistance of 2.4½, a capacitance of 14.2 pF, and is rated for 160 mA and 40V. Both are single-channel components and are available in a four-pin SOP in bulk or on tape-and-reel. Prices for the PS7200H and PS7200K are $2 and $1.95, respectively, each/10,000.
