Stanley Electric Signs Surface-Mount Distribution To Sell LEDs

Stanley Electric Sales of America, a leader in manufacturing LEDs and LCDs, announced the expansion of its distribution network by signing Surface Mount Distribution, Inc. Under terms of the deal, Surface Mount, a franchised regional distributor specializing in passive, discrete and electromechanical components in markets such as computer/peripherals, datacom, medical, wireless and telecomm, will stock Stanley's full line of surface-mount LED products, including the "Nova-Bright", ultra-thin, right-angle, reverse and standard mount, and bi-color SMTs. The products will be available at the distributors' four regional facilities located in Huntington Beach, CA; San Jose, CA; Woburn, MA; and Boca Raton, FL.
