Lauded for setting a new standard in size and power density, a line of ultra-miniature open frame modular switching power supplies provides output power of 40W and 60W. The OFM 40/60 Series accepts universal input from 85 to 265 Vac and provide single outputs of 3.3 to 48 Vdc. With a small mechanical footprint measuring 2"W x 4"L x 1.2"H, the OFM 40/60 achieves power densities greater than 6W per cubic inch. Design parts include an integral power-good LED indicator, an output adjustment potentiometer, and Molex-style I/O connectors. Operating temperature ranges from 0°C to 50°C without forced cooling or output power derating. All 18 models contain over-voltage and short-circuit protection circuitry and internal input filtering. The OFM 40/60 is fully approved to EN60950/UL1950 safety specifications. Pricing starts at $16 each in OEM quantities. ASTRODYNE, Taunton, MA. (800) 823-8082
