With an eye on space-restrictive appliance, automotive, and cell-phone applications, the red-green-blue and amber-green-blue FAGB1312CE LEDs measure just 0.7 mm high and 1.6 mm x 3 mm in a surface-mount package. The LEDs deliver a luminous intensity up to 220 mcd typical. Both color configurations come with diffused lenses and up to a 150° viewing angle. Either operates in temperatures that range from -40°C to 85°C. Other features include a power dissipation of 81 mW to 98 mW, forward current of 25 mA to 30 mA, 100 mA peak forward current, and a 4V reverse voltage. Pricing starts at $1.26 for the red-green-blue and $1.30 for the amber-green-blue components, each/100. STANLEY ELECTRIC, Irvine, CA. (800) 533-5231.
