Expanding the Shark line of LEDs, the OTLH-0360-UV ultra-violet (UV) LED delivers up to 300 mW of optical power when driven with a maximum peak current of 300 mA. The 395-nm UV LED comes in a TO-66 package and boasts of a performance level 20 times greater than a 5-mm LED. The device also has a standard half-maximum viewing angle of ±54°. Typical applications include medical diagnostics, adhesive curing, dental material curing, chemical detection, and document checking. Collimating optics and custom lenses are also available.
