Reporting the market's fastest available to date, the LH28F128BF 128 Mb NOR flash memory provides a maximum access time of 60 ns, compared to the more common 85 ns. Page mode access time is 20 ns. Operating from a 3V power supply, current consumption is 25 mA during maximum access time and 5 mA during page mode access. Target applications for the high-speed device include camera-enabled mobile phones, liquid crystal TVs, and set-top boxes compatible with terrestrial digital broadcasting. The memory is available as a single unit in a 56-pin, 14 mm x 20 mm TSOP or in a multi-chip configuration in a72-pin FBGA (CSP) measuring 8 mm x 11 mm.
