Operating at speeds of more than 500 MHz (worst case) and 850 MHz (typical), HS500 single- and dual-port embedded SRAMs are well-suited for high-performance applications, such as graphics, high-end computing and networking. Using 0.18-micron process

Operating at speeds of more than 500 MHz (worst case) and 850 MHz (typical), HS500 single- and dual-port embedded SRAMs are well-suited for high-performance applications, such as graphics, high-end computing and networking. Using 0.18-micron process technology, this family of synchronous SRAMs feature Universal Test Interface support included in all generated memories. This supports all standard test methodologies such as BIST, scan test, serial test and multiplexor isolation.
