The company’s second-generation, 64-Mb SyncFlash device adds a plethora of new features. These include a 143 MHz SDRAM interface, x32 and x16 configurations, FBGA, TSOP and DIMM package options, a 1.8V I/O option, burst-write support, and a software command sequence for interfacing with SDRAM memory controllers. Operating on 3.3V, the device is organized as either 2 Mb x 32 Mb or 4 Mb x 16 Mb in a 90-ball FBGA and an 86-pin TSOP.
