Supporting Byte Write, Global Write and Global Reads and Linear and Sequential Burst via the Mode pin, these 3.3V synchronous/synchronous burst flow-through SRAM modules are manufactured on the Dual Key 168 DIMM format with densities from 1 to 8 MB with a maximum height of 1.5". The SRAM module family is available with clock to data access times of 10, 12 and 15 ns. A sleep mode provides reduction of total power consumption.
