Promising fast performance and high-quality audio/video playback to handheld information devices and next-generation smart mobile phones, the MQ-1168 multimedia platform controller employs a 64-bit 2D graphics engine that supports the 256 raster operations (ROP) specification. Its memory interface unit controls the arbitration and access of 320 KB of eSRAM to five integrated peripheral interfaces.Peripheral support includes an eight-bit video port, a secure digital (SD) memory-card interface, OHCI 1.1-compliant USB host, USB ports, full-duplex AC-97/I2S audio codec interface, and a serial peripheral interface (SPI).
