75-V MOSFETs Feature Ultra-Low RDS(on)

International Rectifier expanded the StrongIRFET MOSFET family to include 75-V devices for industrial applications ranging from power tools, light-electric-vehicle (LEV) inverters, and dc motor drives to Li-ion battery-pack protection and hot-swap and switched-mode power-supply (SMPS) secondary-side synchronous rectification.

International Rectifier expanded the StrongIRFET MOSFET family to include 75-V devices for industrial applications ranging from power tools, light-electric-vehicle (LEV) inverters, and dc motor drives to Li-ion battery-pack protection and hot-swap and switched-mode power-supply (SMPS) secondary-side synchronous rectification. Ultra-low on-state resistance (RDS(on)) improves performance in low-frequency applications. Other features include high-current carrying capability, soft body diode, and 3-V typical threshold voltage to boost noise immunity. The MOSFETs, which are 100% avalanche tested, come in through-hole packaging.
