Big announcement from Ford yesterday which lit up across Endeavor's brands, and most media outlets, as far as coverage goes. Links are in today's newsletter.

I, myself, did a blog on Ford's "Model T" EV that's contrarian to all the pom pom waving that popular media goes into, basically predicting it may end up as a flop for losing Focus (pun intended) on a $20k car. Takes time to research that vs get AI to do a condensed transcript of the livestream like many are doing these days. I prefer the human, curmudgeon's perspective, with a healthy dose of skeptical engineer tossed in.

Feel free to comment on it after you read - it is a provoker. If you're at Ford, get me a tour of the California Team's efforts, embargoed is fine, and talk me into why it'll be more mediocre than the Tesla Cybertruck was.

For the record, I fell in love with Ford's European Explorer EV when it came out and still wish they'd ship it to the USA. I'm on Team USA, but not on the pirate ship...
