In an EIA-standard 0201 footprint measuring just 0.6 mm x 0.3 mm, the LLV0603FB non-polarity, multilayer chip inductors are manufactured using a proprietary ceramic material and process. The inductors are available in ± 0.3 nH and ±5% inductance tolerances, operating over a temperature range from -55ûC to 125ûC. Self-resonant frequencies from 5 GHz to 20 GHz are tolerant to ±20% and inductance values, from 1 nH to 22 nH, are specified at 100 MHz and 800 MHz. The components are available on tape-and-reel in 15,000-piece quantities. TOKO AMERICA, Mt. Prospect, IL (847) 297-0070.
