Targeting high-reliability ac circuits where polarity may reverse, the HFC series of surface-mount, ceramic capacitors represent non-polarized devices that are to be stable across a wide frequency range. They also feature a narrow tolerance of capacitance, low dielectric loss at high frequencies, and a high self-resonant frequency.Available in 1005, 1410, 1608 and 1612 sizes, the SMT ceramic caps can operate over a -55¡C to 125ûC temperature range and span capacitance values ranging from 0.1 to 0.6 pF and 0.1 to 1.2 pF. Termination material is 100% tin, making the capacitors suitable for wave and reflow soldering. KOA SPEER ELECTRONICS INC., Bradford, PA. (814) 362-5536.
