Chip Resistors Suit MIL/Aero/High-Rel Uses

Targeted at military, aerospace and high-reliability markets, these new thin- and thick-film chip resistors are qualified to MIL-PRF-55342. The QPL resistors, designated as RM0502, RM0402 and RM 0603, are sized at 0.05" x 0.2" x 0.01", 0.04" x 0.02" x 0.01", and 0.06" x 0.03" x 0.01", respectively. They feature power ratings up to 70 mW and TCRs from 25 to 300 ppm. Maximum voltage ratings are 25V, 40V and 50V, and they are available in tolerances as low as 0.1%. The resistors have been environmentally tested for use in temperatures ranging from -55°C to 125°C.
