Relying on micro-fabrication technology and a unique internal coil structure, the LQP02TN series chip inductor debuts in a 01005 sized package measuring just 0.4 mm x 0.2 mm x 0.2 mm.

Relying on micro-fabrication technology and a unique internal coil structure, the LQP02TN series chip inductor debuts in a 01005 sized package measuring just 0.4 mm x 0.2 mm x 0.2 mm. Reportedly, this allows for a 40% reduction in mounting space when compared to conventional 0201 EIA-sized inductors. The component is tailored for use in high-frequency circuits in compact mobile products such as cellular phones, digital TV tuners, and wireless LAN devices. Features include RoHS compliance, inductance values from 0.4 nH to 10 nH, and a tolerance of ±0.3 nH/±5%. Samples are available for $0.05 each. Lead-time is approximately six to eight weeks.
