With a profile of just 1.2 mm maximum and a 4.6 x 4.6 mm footprint, the D412F series of surface-mount inductors is suited for use in dc/dc converters used in space-constrained portable products, such as cell phones, personal digital assistants, and consumer audio/visual equipment. Available in 2.2 to 4.7 mH inductance values, the D412F series has a maximum direct current rating of 1.33A at 2.2 µH. The inductors are shipped in tape-and-reel packages of 2,000 pieces.
