Available in both NPO and X7R multilayer ceramic dielectrics, this line of low ESR and ESL, stacked ceramic capacitors have the ability to operate at temperatures up to 175°C. Available in six different sizes, the capacitors aresuited for non-reparable applications, such as those found in the spacecraft and satellite markets or in severe environments, where high temperatures and the high cost of maintenance are design factors. Tested to stringent MIL-PRF-49470 Group A standards, they offer working voltages of 50V and capacitance values in excess of 100 µF, to working voltages of 500V with capacitance values in the tens of µFs.
