Featuring four isolated resistors in a square-cornered 3.2 x 1.6 mm termination array, WCA convex and WCC concave resistor chip arrays have resistance values of from 10 ohms to 1 Megaohm and 5% tolerance with TCRs of 200 ppm/°C. Zero-ohm jumper versions are available in both styles. The arrays consist of four isolated thick-film resistive elements on a ceramic substrate with tin-lead solder wraparound terminations and a nickel barrier to prevent leaching. They are compatible with high-speed automated assembly equipment and wave or reflow soldering.
