Resistor-conductor substrates have been developed using a proprietary high-reliability, low TCR, thin- film technology, with the multilayer composite film having an over layer of tantalum nitride that imparts environmental stability exceeding that of nichrome thin films. The thin-film substrates are corrosion resistant and have high stability, an absolute TCR to ±10 ppm/°C, and TCR tracking to ±1 ppm/°C. Substrates and resistor arrays are available in minimum quantities at $1.49 each with delivery 4 weeks ARO.
