Groomed for use in public safety and other communications applications, the Antenex B1322W wideband mobile antenna operates in a frequency range from 132 MHz to 174 MHz. The small "B-coil" antenna provides the ability to transmit and receive information with multiple government, public safety, and commercial organizations. According to the company, users will have the interoperating capability to exchange voice and data transmissions across multiple frequency ranges in the event of an emergency. The antenna also aligns with the Project 25 initiative, a new standard for digital two-way wireless communications. LAIRD TECHNOLOGIES, St. Louis, MO. (800) 843-4556.
