Tailored for distributed-power architectures, the 1U-high D1U-W-1600-12-HC front-end power supply exhibits a power density of 17.5W per cubic inch. The supply provides a 12V output and delivers output powers up to 1.2 kW and 1.6 kW with input voltages of 110 and 220 Vac, respectively. It also provides either a 3.3V or 5.5V standby output. Key features include N+1 redundancy, hot-swap capability, active current sharing, an I2C bus, status indicators, and over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature protection. Overall dimensions of the unit are 12" x 4.75" x 1.6" and operating temperature range is 0°C to +50°C with integrated cooling fans.
