Collectively called the MD series, the MDV and MDH non-isolated dc/dc converters are capable of delivering up to 6A of current from a 5V bus. The components use an industry-standard, single in-line package in horizontal or vertical mounting configurations. Output voltages include 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V and can be trimmed up to 10% from their preset value. Other features of the dc/dc converters include power-good signal, remote shutdown, remote sensing, and over temperature, overload and short-circuit protection.
