Designed for use in aerospace, avionic, and and a wide range of ground-based systems, the ACT8631, 8632, 8633, and 8634 dc/dc converters offer a variety of output voltages and radiation levels up to 300 krads (Si). Each component comes in a hermetically sealed package measuring 2.75" x 1.85" x 0.5", and they are said to be rugged and capable of handling the most unfriendly of environments. The ACT8630 series is based on the company's Class K line and will be available in the future with an SMD number. Evaluation samples are available now with flight units debuting in the fourth quarter. Price for the ACT8631 series is $12,500 in lots of 10.
