With power densities of up to 115 W/ in.3 in 2" x 2" packages, the SQM series 1/8-brick, 20A dc/dc converters are capable of delivering up to 66W of power. The converters come in an open-frame package that does not require a heat sink, weighs 18.5 g and measures 0.9" x 2.3" with heights down to 0.28". The converters accept input voltages of 36V to 75V, and output voltages are 3.3, 2.5, 2.0, 1.8, 1.5, and 1.2V. Other features include remote sense, input under-voltage lockout, thermal shutdown, remote on/off, an output-voltage adjust pin, and output over-voltage, over-current, and short-circuit protections.
