Available with ratings of 9.6 to 48 kV at 3.5A, 5A and 10A in 50°C ambient and 5A, 16A and 25A with forced air (and higher in oil), HRS rectifier assemblies also offer surge currents of 250A to 950A and are available in regular and fast recovery

Available with ratings of 9.6 to 48 kV at 3.5A, 5A and 10A in 50°C ambient and 5A, 16A and 25A with forced air (and higher in oil), HRS rectifier assemblies also offer surge currents of 250A to 950A and are available in regular and fast recovery to 100 ns. Capacitor compensated for overvoltage stress reduction, the assemblies are primarily used in induction and dielectric heating equipment, as well as in RF transmitters, medical equipment and other high voltage applications.
