The H-grade version of the LT3692A monolithic, dual output step-down switching regulator delivers up to 3.5A continuous per channel.

The H-grade version of the LT3692A monolithic, dual output step-down switching regulator delivers up to 3.5A continuous per channel. It operates from a 3V to 36V input with transient protection to 60V. Switching frequency is user-programmable from 250 kHz to 2.25 MHz and the device operates up to a junction temperature of +150°C.
