DS1842 APD bias output stage and current-monitor

Promising to save space by eliminating the discrete high-voltage components required for APD biasing and current monitoring, the DS1842 APD bias output stage and current-monitor measures 3 mm x 3 mm in a 14-pin TDFN package. The device integrates a 76V current source and dual current mirrors.
