The NE2427P-45 twin transistor, GaAs MESFET provides output power of 45W. The device features high power and efficiency to keep power consumption low, plus its low thermal resistance results in cooler operation. Other features of the GaAs MESFET include a high-power added efficiency of 41% typical, a linear gain of 11 dB at 2.7 GHz, and a thermal resistance of 0.7°C/W. Partially matched, its two transistors can be combined externally in either a balanced or a push-pull configuration. Pricing is $98 each/100.
