With low leakage of typically 1 pA for n-channel devices and 3 pA for p-channel devices, the SSTJ211 and SSTJ212 n-channel JFETs in SOT-23 packages offer a typical gain of 12 dB and typical noise of 3 dB. The SST5460, SST5461 and SST5462 p-channel JFETs are also in the small package to provide space savings in low-current, low-voltage amplifiers; high-side switching; and ultra-high input impedance preamplifier applications.
